Localsocket and Unix IPC backends do not reliably set property values atomically

    Description

      The QServiceManager IPC sharedTestService test case fails around 1 in 10 times when using the Localsocket or Unix IPC backends. The DBUS IPC backend does not seem to have this problem.

      The symptom is that the test fails because after setting the property from one service object, the other service object does not see the changed property value.
