BorderImage not draws border with middle 1x1 px and consumes a lot of memory

    Description

      When I use BorderImage with middle 1x1 px (for example, 5x5 image with borders 2 px) it does not draws the whole border (http://joxi.ru/MLbUM4L4). Note the amount of consumed memory. Also I've received high CPU load if I have many such images.
      When I set as a source 100x100 image it works correctly (http://joxi.ru/T5Pcc1A).
