Improve usability of drop-handling in itemviews

The drop-indicator is poorly visible, and should be drawn with a more visible line. To hit the location between two icons the user has to hit the pixel quite exactly - the itemview should have a few pixels tolerance, and when you can't drop on an item, then it should automatically select to drop below it.
