QNetworkAccessManager NTLMv2 with HTTPS not working

    Description

      NTLMv2 doesn't seem to Authenticate against a HTTPS request.
      I get an error saying: Error "Proxy connection closed prematurely"
      I'm authenticating against Microsoft ISA server, works perfectly when requesting a non secure HTTP address.

      This works perfectly in Qt 4.8.4 But seems to have been broken in all version of Qt 5.X

      It seems like the same issue as QTBUG-16585.

      I've attached a sample project that demonstrates the error. The error will get outputted via qDebug()

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-16585 NTLMv2 proxy support works for "http" urls, but not for "https" urls.
