No effect when defining the width of QScrollBar using stylesheet in QPlastiqueStyle

    Description

      QListView scroll bar has no effect if QScrollBar's width is changed via stylesheet view->setStyleSheet("QScrollBar:vertical

      {width: 40px; }

      ");

      This behaviour is limited to QPlastiqueStyle style only.

      Attached example demonstrate this, further screen shot is attached showing the wrong behaviour.
