Pressing right Ctrl+Shift reverses the cursor's directions

    Description

      When Hebrew layout is used on the system (but is not the current one), pressing Ctrl+Shift reverses the cursor's directions.

      Left key moves right and Right key moves left.

      Typing characters works as expected (language unchanged)
