Add API for QPixmap platform specific image conversions

    Description

      The platform specific image conversions have been removed from QPixmap on Qt5 e.g. function QPixmap::fromX11Pixmap(). It would be nice to have the platform specific image conversion functionality somewhere in Qt e.g. in QtX11Extras.
