Keyboard accelerators do not work with Top-Screen Menubar

    Description

      This is a downstream KDE bug where the developer found that bug is actually in Qt. I don't know enough about Qt to know where the bug is, so here is the downstream KDE bug:

      In summary:
      In KDE 4.10, when the Top-Screen Menubar is enabled [1] the user cannot press i.e. Alt-f to open the File menu, Alt-e to open the Edit menu, etc.

      The developer's response:
      This is a bug in appmenu-qt/libdbusmenu-qt. Please report upstream.
