Visual Studio 2013 RC
Description
I have downloaded the latest Qt from git (the dev branch, though 5.1.1 and stable suffer from the same issue) and attempted compilation with Visual Studio 2013 Release Candidate. I have used the Native x86 command prompt.
When running the configure command, I got the internal compiler error on compiling qtbase\src\corelib\tools\qlocale_tools.cpp:
[...]
c:\qt\qt5\qtbase\src\corelib\tools\qlocale_tools.cpp(1249) : fatal error C1001: An internal error has occurred in the compiler.
(compiler file 'f:\dd\vctools\compiler\utc\src\p2\main.c', line 227)
To work around this problem, try simplifying or changing the program near the locations listed above.
Please choose the Technical Support command on the Visual C++
Help menu, or open the Technical Support help file for more information

The full configuration output is attached to this report as out.txt.
I am aware that internal compiler error is rather a bug in the VC compiler than in Qt and I have filed MS a report with the reduced example. Cf. https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/800943/ice-when-compiling-with-o1
However, it would be good if you were able to apply some workaround to allow further testing. There is little time left before VC 2013 hits RTM and it should be deemed a priority to find all the possible bugs in VC. This issue pretty much blocks compilation of everything else.
