QXmlSchemaValidator takes longer time to validate

    Description

      The QXmlSchemaValidator takes long time to validate a XML (utf-8.xml) using xs:all rather than xs:sequence.

      Attached files can be used to reproduce:
      rename tbs_message.xsd.all/sequence to tbs_message.xsd .
