mouse release event does not work on android ,it fires tooltip instead !

I am trying to make a drag and drop on android , first of all drag and drop does not work correctly on android , drag image does not render correctly, I'll report it separately, second drag and drop does not work with touch input event system it will be reported too , finally when I take my finger from device screen event system fires tooltip event with delay instead of mouse release , I am using widgets and c++ .
