lupdate requires administrator privileges on Windows 7

    Description

      Hello,

      I'm using Qt5.2 with Qt Creator 3.0 on Win7 64-bits.
      When I run lupdate from Qt Creator no .ts files are created.

      If I open a Qt command shell and run 'lupdate my_project.pro' then windows ask me if lupdate can be executed and modify my computer. I click yes and now the .ts files are created.

      When running lupdate from Qt Creator, windows doesn't ask me anything.
