Problems with shadow builds

cmake_angle_includes:

When doing a shadow build from Qt-5.2.0, the "QtAngle" subdirectory is not
copied to the build directory. Using CMake then bails out with the attached
error message. Manually copying the directory resolves the error. I'm not sure
if this a CMake or shadow issue.

cmake_desktop_opengl:

Configuring a shadow build of Qt-5.2.0 with "-opengl desktop" results in CMake bailing out on missing OpenGL and ANGLE features. It seems that the CMakefiles for QtGui are not set up correct when not using ANGLE.
