TableView: The resize column cursor should not appear when moving a column

Using the gallery example:

• In the TableView tab, drag a column
• When the cursor hovers the column separator handle, the cursor shape is changed to the split cursor shape.

The cursor shape should not change while moving a column.

If you drop a column while the split cursor is visible, the cursor remains in that shape after the drop until the mouse is moved again.
