VS2013 build: MSVCP120.dll missing on Windows 7

I tried installing the Qt build for VS2013 without having installed VS2013. You could say this is not expected to work because it doesn't make sense to mismatch the Qt version with the compiler version if one is doing C++ development. But then again, maybe the installer could download this DLL if necessary so that executables which are installed with Qt can run; or at least warn about it, or provide a link or something. Creator runs because it has its own version of Qt (5.2.1 32-bit), which is also odd and a waste of space. But qmlscene, assistant, designer etc. don't run.
