[REG] Popup windows appear on wrong monitor on Mac when the coordinate of the monitor are negative

On Mac OS X, the popup of a QComboBox or any tooltip can appear on the wrong monitor. For example this happen with Qt Creator by doing the following:

1. Start QtCreator (which appears the secondary screen)
2. Move QtCreator to the built-in LCD screen of the laptop.
3. Click on the "Maximize" button on QtCreator to fix the window size to fill the screen.
4. Select "Preferences" and switch to "Text Editor".
5. Click on "font size".

This problem is reproducible for popup window with an aboslute position (popup menus, tooltips, etc), if the coordinate of the monitor are negative. The coordinate of a monitor are negative when the monitor position is on the bottom or on the left of the main monitor.
