Gtk style: QSlider handle always points down, even with ticks above

The QSlider with ticks above in Ubuntu Linux keeps the handle pointing down. The handle should point where the ticks are. If there are no ticks or there are ticks at both sides, the handle should be rounded instead of pointing somewhere. In Windows and Mac OS works fine.
