Document what happens to mouseReleaseEvent() after starting drag

    Description

      When starting a drag as a result of a mousePressEvent(), the mouseReleaseEvent() is eaten by Qt and not delivered to the application, at least on Linux. We should document how this is intended to work, and verify that it works that way on all platforms.
