Windows: provide .pdb files for debug mode plugins in Qt binary packages

    Description

      While the Qt binary packages on Windows contain .pdb files for the Qt libraries, they do not contain .pdb files for the plugins, making it difficult to debug them.

      It would therefore be nice if the Qt binary packages also contained .pdb files for the plugins, so the user do not have to rebuild the plugins manually to get them.
