change the system encoding will cause messy code under CentOS

CentOS 7, when the system encoding is EN-utf-8, name a folder or a file in chinese character,

then change the system encoding is gb2312 by change the /etc/locale ,

reboot ,

build the qt example Qfiledialog with DontUseNativeDialog option with the CentOS's QT4 lib and gcc,

run Qfiledialog to browse the filesystem , the folder or file in chinese character shows in messy code in the dialog.
