Windows Phone 8.1 QML TextInput does not support inputMethodHints

Windows Phone 8.1 does not take the TextInput's inputMethodHints property into account when selecting an appropriate keyboard.

Testing with "inputMethodHints: Qt.ImhDialableCharactersOnly", the default text keyboard is shown ("TelephoneNumber" input scope would be expected, see [1]). This may also apply to other input hints like "Qt.ImhDigitsOnly".
