Symbian: Investigate whether QWidget::locale should be used to determine writing language of FEP

    Description

      Right now the system language is used, which is the way most S60 apps do it. However, it might be beneficial to be able to force the writing language by setting the locale, but this requires a distinction between the default locale and a "forced" one.

      Needs investigation.
