Change appearance of QML signal docs to match usage

Currently they appear like:

MouseRegion::onClicked ( mouse )

in the docs, while when they are used they look like:

onClicked: console.log(mouse.x)

It might be clearer if:

• We get rid of MouseRegion::
• The 'parameters' are presented differently (but I'm not sure how)
