qdoc: \obsolete removes methods from the index

It seems to me that the point of marking a function as \obsolete is so that someone can find it in assistant and see what code/function they should be using instead. However when you mark a method as \obsolete it removes the method from the index, making it impossible to locate the function except via the "search" tab.
