Part of the QToolBar shrinking animation broken

When extending a truncated QToolBar and then shrinking it again, the animation is only applied to the external geometry of the toolbar. The buttons on the toolbar jump to the center instead of animating back the way they came.

This seems to be a regression introduced by the fix for QTBUG-5623.
