Document difference in grabMouse() behavior on Carbon versus Cocoa.

Calling grabMouse() on a widget only works when the mouse is inside the frame of that widget on Cocoa.
On Carbon it should work outside it's frame as well - like on Windows and X11.

This difference should be documented.
