SVG icon engine does not follow default behavior when choosing pixmap for state/mode

    Description

      The default icon engine follows a well-defined algorithm when choosing the pixmap for a given state/mode combination, as described in http://doc.trolltech.com/4.6/widgets-icons.html

      The SVG icon engine plugin does not follow this algorithm. If not fixed, this should at least be reflected in the documentation.
