GridView.onAdd/onRemove not called when using QAbstractListModel as GridView model

    Description

      TheGridView::onAdd/onRemove signal handlers don't seem to be called (at least) when using a QAbstractListModel as the data model for the grid.

      Items appear correctly when added dynamically to the grid, but the handlers are not called.

      Testing onAdd/onRemove with a pure QML app & the ListModel object being added to from a script shows them being called correctly in that case.
      Unfortunately I don't have a a simple test program to reproduce.

      Reproduced with the 4.6.0 release of QML and also qmlviewer released with qt4-maemo5 4.6.2 (from Maemo extras-devel repo).
