Make nested layouts more visible

    Description

      A better visible distinction of a layout and its sublayouts before I click on that thing. One possibility would be to display some kind of 'handle'. Another one (which I'd actually prefer) would be to have some visible gap, i.e. some 'virtual' space between them (two pixels or so). This being an optional mode would solve the problem of it breaking WYSIWYG [even more].
