MiscFixed font renders badly

This is also reported in RedHat bugzilla #567987

The problem is that the MiscFixed font renders incorrectly, some users have reported a similar problem with the nvidia graphics driver but this is emphatically NOT the problem here.

The MiscFixed font at this point size (10) should look like the old 6x13 bitmap font (as seen, for example, by xterm -fn 6x13), instead it looks like a serif proportional font as seen in the first screenshot. For comparison, the second screen shot is the same text using MonoSpace 8pt.

I have habitually used this same font with KDE konsole for as long as I have been using KDE and it recently broke when I upgraded KDE and Qt on Fedora 12.
