Global menu for Qt

    Description

      Qt QMenuBar global menu is implemented for Mac OSX.
      It should be great if I could have global menu qt support for other platforms.
      Kde native applications already have a support for it using a special theme.
      Gtk applications already have a support for it.
      Qt applications don't.

      Maybe if possible, a standard for gtk/qt applications sharing the same global menu would be the best thing.
