Open Disassembler or Memory Editor while debugging does not switch to the applicable editor if not interrupted

Steps to reproduce:

• open/create a Qt application and start debugging
• without interrupting the application try to open disassembler or memory editor on some of the functions displayed at the stack

Current behaviour:

• editors for the disassembler view or memory view will be created but not switched to as it will be done when the inferior is interrupted when trying the same

Expected behaviour:

• triggering the menu actions behaves the same when inferior is interrupted or in running state
