Outline View Incorrect and points to wrong code

In a cpp file with first 2500 lines of comments and 11200 lines of code, the Outline View is broken. Not all methods are there, and first 5 methods in Outline View points into the comments to arbitrary positions.

Smaller cpp files works 100%

Clearly either the comment size or file size make Outline view bomb out for some reason.
