When dragging items onto the form in the QML Designer, they are not always under the mouse when the drag starts

When dragging items onto the form in the QML Designer, they are not always under the mouse when the drag starts. It takes a few attempts sometimes to get this to happen, but it happens usually with the TextEdit or the TextArea items, even more so when there is a Flickable item already on the view.

It is also reported to happen when dragging custom items as well, but in that case there is no Flickable on the form.
