should not do precise evaluation of cumulatively found projects

    Description

      creator currently does a precise evaluation run for subprojects which were found only during cumulative evaluation of the parent project. as these projects are not actually part of the current configuration, they are likely to throw errors.
      as we now actually display the messages from the precise runs, users are being flooded with useless/scary stuff.
