Android "Deployment Configuration" panel is minimized by default

While looking for a way to alter some of my android project setup I completely missed the option of changing things from the UI (I sent a mail to the android-qt mailing list titled: "On False Promises ..." - sorry for the harsh name...)

The problem is: that panel is minimized by default. And being on the same screen with other less important panels it is being "ignored by the eyes" (scuse my inglesh). And since this is a central place to make changes to the Android configuration: such as altering the AndroidManifest.xml, this panel should be maximized, and not the other way!
