Qt Creator on Windows does not allow to set terminal to use.

On windows I want to use the Visual Studio Command Prompt as default terminal. But there is no option under Tools --> Options --> Environment --> General --System to define a different terminal. (Qt Creator on Linux has this possibility).
I edited the QtCreator.ini section General and included:
TerminalEmulator=cmd /k \"C:
Program Files (x86)
Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\\VC\\vcvarsall.bat\" x86

But this is ignored at all. (I tried it with TerminalEmulator=notepad.exe, too)
