Expand search results for "Find usages" if number of results is small enough

If I find usages for a local variable or for several times used class member, after pressing a hotkey, I see one or two lines with filenames, where the usages are located.

In such cases, it is better to expand the list if some conditions are satisfied, for example:
1. There is only one file
2. The number of results are less than some parameter. It can be manually specified in options or be automatically adjusted: the number of lines in the widget.
