Locals and Expressions View Can't be Redocked

About a month back I posted a question on the forums about how you re-dock the Locals and Expressions window once you undock it. I got no answers so I'm assuming it's a bug. The referenced forum post has a screen shot of the issue. If I hover over the title bar area of the Locals and Expressions window and click on the double window icon, the window will undock. At this point the window no longer has any icons in the title bar area. I dragged the window around but could find no way to get the window to redock. Reset to Default Layout, seems to be the only way to redock the view but of course this causes all other changes to revert as well.
