Multimedia keyboard keys don't work if Qt Creator is an active window

    Description

      I have Foobar2000 installed and it handles multimedia keys globally (play, stop, rewind, forward). When I run Qt Creator and it is an active window (or its child process, i.e. application being run/debugged), then the keys stop working (foobar2k doesn't receive them).

      Irreproducible in any other application. Started happening only in 3.3.0.
