Watch items are draggable, but seem to do nothing

I see that the watch items are draggable, but dragging them seems to have no effect. I expected to be able to re-order them, but that apparently doesn't work. If that feature doesn't exist, that's fine. But it's wierd to be able to drag them to no effect.
