Parsing fails when opening a project where some secondary build target is activated

1. Create a new project with one build target or open an existing project
2. Now add some new build targets to your project (desktop/symbian/...) and activate one of those targets you just added
3. Close the project and re-open it

Now you should see the red parsing bar (see the screenshot).

The above description does not happen if you activate your primary build target (firstly created target).
