Document history arroes not shown if help plugin is disabled

The yellow "back" and "next" arrow icons are not visible if the Help plugin of Creator is disabled. The document history navigation is still functional, though. Perhaps the icons are included in the help plugin ressources, but they should be in the code plugin instead.
