      Qt Creator doesn't show scrollbars when using 'New Wave' system appearance theme

      Scrollbug.png - shows bug (when scrollbars are invisible in 'New Wave' appearance theme)
      Scrollbar.png - shows expected behaviour (scrollbars are visible in other themes)
