case insensitive replace

There should be an option to do replace words while keeping their case. For example if I want to replace all instances foo with bar then FOO, foo and Foo should be replaced by BAR, bar and Bar respectively. This is very useful when making a copy of a class but changing it's name because class name, variables and header guards are all different cases.
