Debugger UI improvements

    Description

      Debugger UI is currently confusing wrt. QML debugger. There are many buttons, some of which are not in ideal positions.

      The UI probably doesn't need to be overhauled, but at least some minor changes are definitely required so support the fancy Live Preview Observer Mode features better.

      Issues to fix:

      • Replace Observer mode icon with unique one
      • Don't show breadcrump menu if not in Observer mode
      • Disable observer mode icons if debugger is not connected / ObeserverService is not available
      • Move 'Reload' button to the left
