Creator saves wrong Version Control settings which cannot even be cleared

In the Version Control part of the Options dialog Creator shows three edits: "Submit message check script", "User/alias configuration file" and "User fields configuration file". In my usual setup they are all empty and Creator works fine.

If I change some setting, e.g. check and uncheck "Wrap submit message at", and click on OK, these are silently filled with the current working directory. The next time I open the Options dialog, I see this directory entered in all three edits. Of course, these obviously wrong settings don't work.

It seems impossible to clear these settings with a Creator from current master branch. If I clear the edits and click "OK", nothing changes. I have to start a Creator from 2.0 branch and clear the settings there.
