Document the possibility to use Creator as "command line" debugger

It's basically

qtcreator -debug <core>

to open the core dump file <core> in Creator, and

qtcreator -debug <pid>

to attach Creator to a running process with the process id <pid>

This could be a subsection of the Debugger documentation.
