Display the value of QFixed in the 'Locals and watchers' window

When debugging, the raw value of QFixed is displayed as int.
Qt uses QFixed for many internal layout calculations. When debugging text layout ssues, it would be great not to have to qDebug() QFixed::toInt(), in order to understand the values.
