Segmentation fault during parsing a CMake imported project

I have imported a bit large cmake based project:
svn co https://piklab.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/piklab/trunk/piklab piklab

I have imported it by specifying a simple . as cmake argument.
The QtCreator loads the project, and starts parsing it, and after a while it segfaults.
I have attached the backtrace.
